Second-hand Policy & Contract: Clothing Collection and Payment Terms

Process:

  • You may bring in your items to the store for evaluation anytime!
  • Pricing and pieces will be sent for partner approval via Whatsapp, once approved pieces will be put on display in the store. If disagreed upon, items will be available for your pick up, please view item selection policy below
  • All pieces are sold by consignment in a 50/50 manner. For example, if a piece is sold for $20, the partner keeps $10 and Nifty keeps $10

Payment Schedule:

  • Payments will be processed every two (2) months on the 15th. The months are as follows: January, March, May, July, September, November

Clothing Processing Timeline:

  • Clothes will be processed within fifteen (15) days from the date received
  • During the holiday season, processing may take up to a month due to increased volume

Item Selection Policy:

  • Items that are not selected will be available for you to pick up and will be held for a maximum of seven (7) days
  • No mens clothes, furniture & decor must be sent via WhatsApp for pre-approval with suggested pricing 
    • Clothing, accessories & shoes must be in impeccable condition with label
    • We do not accept Shein, Old Navy or Forever 21 
  • If items are not collected within the stipulated time frame, they will be donated
  • We will send pictures of the items we select, if you do not receive pictures of certain items these will be ready for you to pick up 
    • Once pictures are sent, you have 24hrs to approve otherwise items will be placed to be sold

Discounts:

  • After three (3) months in the system, pieces will be automatically sold with a 20% discount
  • After six (6) months in the system, pieces will be automatically sold with a 50% discount

Communication Method:

  • Communication will be exclusively through WhatsApp on weekdays, responses typically take 48hrs
